We all want it, but it’s a tricky one.
With a diet to support our happy hormones, breathwork to release trauma and strengthen our inner voice in combination with different detox methods we are on our way to give our mind, soul and bodies a fair chance to happiness and good health. Breathwork is a life changing power to make us embrace both our physical inner health as well as our mental health.

So what is a detox?
Well, it’s a lot of things and to make a long story short a detox is to support your body to eliminate toxic and unwanted waste to leave space for healing, optimization and growth.
We are bringing the body to a healthy alkaline PH which is key to good health.
If we for an example choose to focus on the liver and kidneys, we can increase their detoxifying functions and get rid of toxins in a faster pace meanwhile also support the metabolism of the organs and there for optimise its purpose. This may help with reducing period pain, migraines, sugar spikes and endocrines interruption.

Some examples of detoxifications are;
- Breathwork for the lungs
- Lemon and milk thistle for the Liver
- Sauna for the skin
- Dry brushing for the lymphatic system
- Chlorella & coriander for heavy metal detox
Below is an easy salad to increase detoxification by the liver and to alkaline our PH:
Liver Detox Salad
1 beetroot - grated
1 carrot - grated
½ bunch parsley
½ bunch coriander
1 tbsp hemp seeds
4 cups greens
½ avocado - sliced
1 lemon - juiced
Sweet Ginger Tahini Dressing (blend):
½ cup tahini
2 oranges, peeled and juiced
1.5 lemons, peeled and juiced
1.5 dates
1 inch ginger root, peeled
1/8 cup water
