In our sessions, I’ll teach you a variety of simple yet incredibly effective breathing techniques tailored to your needs. From Conscious Connective Breathwork (great for emotional release) to calming Box Breathing  4-7-8 Breathing (great one for anxiety), each technique is easy to learn and designed to fit effortlessly into your day.

Curious how it works? Without getting too scientific, it's all about balancing oxygen and CO₂ levels in your body. Short, shallow breaths make your brain feel stressed (hello anxiety!), whereas deeper, controlled breathing tells your brain everything's okay, calming your entire nervous system and reducing stress hormones. Our breath has a lot of power of our 
PH-levels which goes down to a cellular level when it comes to health.
