Welcome to May Retreat 2027 on traditional and volcanic Nisyros, only 1h ferry ride from Kos island!
My name is Theresa and I'm a naturopathic health coach and breathworker educated in London, originally from Sweden who is now blessed to call this island my home.
This week is focusing on relaxation, island life and getting to understand your own body, it's breathing pattern, your 5 cleansing organs and every day nutrition.
Day 1: Welcome & Outdoor Thermal Baths - the minerals are locally collected from the volcano and goes deep into your muscles and tissue for ultimate relaxation
Day 2-4: Full Day Workshops in Pali with focus on ○Breathwork ○ Every Day Nutrition & Cleansing Organs ○ Self Compassion & How to practice it with Psychotherapist Kelly
Day 5: Local Wine Tasting - Here we get to learn more about the minerals and volcanic soil
Day 6: Grounding & Meditation in the Volcano, snorkeling by the black lava sand among volcano bubbles by the beautiful caves, dinner up the mountains with an unbelievable view over the volcano
Day 7: Early morning hike and stretches, reflection over the week and our last lunch together.
The ferry leaves back to Kos Island at 3:30 but accommodation is booked for departure the day after the retreat ends.
Accommodation is included for 8 days (+1 day before and after the retreat for ultimate comfort)
