Breathwork Svalbard welcomes you to a 2 hour breathing session every friday untill the end of August in a brand new studio facing the breath taking fjord and mountains! I am the most northern breathworker in the world, and you find me in the arctic archipelago untill August!
My education is from London and Brighton and I have been blessed to practice breathwork all over Europe from England, Scotland, Greece, Sweden and now Svalbard (Norway).
Join us for the intense Concious Connected Breathwork & educating Breathwork Awareness where we learn about our every day breathing and the patterns we use. Here we get to understand ourselves better and with the power of knowledge to our breath we reclaim our power over our anxiety, worries, being held back, brain fog and sleeping problems.
The breath is our most powerful tool we have, and we need to work with its strenght and energy to master it. Our body adapt around the breath when you take power of the breath. You will learn everything you need to know next Friday!
