We are so happy you have found our wonderful retreat!
We start on April the 30th to the 6th of May and for 7 days you can expect a genuine traditional Greek island experience.
The retreat will be held by Theresa & Anna who found their friendship on the island of Nisyros.
Theresa is a Naturopathic Health Coach & Breathworker who has studied Biomedicine, Breathwork, Health Coaching and Naturopathy with detox and optimizing health as a main subject. She work with educating her clients into getting to know the signs of our bodies and to have knowledge around how to optimize ourselves from within. When we know better, we do better.
Anna is a local woman passionate about the Greek community on the island. She will walk us through the herbs in the mountains, teach us about the culture of the island, cook in her garden after picking the local, season based ingredients and tell us more about how nature plays a big role in both Nisyrian and Greek culture & history.

How to get here?
Nisyros is a magical, volcanic island located 1h ferry ride outside of Kos which has the closest airport.
Flights with EasyJet from London Gatwick to Kos are at the moment £100 return so grab your ticket before their gone!
Make sure you have 1 day before and after the retreat set aside to traveling as the ferry's only goes once a day from the island to Kos. You might have to spend one night at Kos each ways depending on the ferry schedule and your flight.
