Health coaching isn't about saying no, its about finding things you enjoy!
It's all about you, your goals, and how we can gently shift you towards feeling great! Maybe you've been feeling tired, stressed out, or just a bit stuck. Whatever it is, we will talk about it together and make a sustainable plan that you are comfortable with. Again, it's all about you!
We start off easy: you talk, I listen. During our first session (usually around 90 minutes), we explore what's been happening in your life, from sleep patterns to diet, stress levels to emotional wellbeing. This helps us pinpoint exactly what’s throwing you off balance.
After our first chat, you'll get a clear, personalized plan that's realistic and manageable. We’ll follow up with shorter sessions to see what's working, what's not, and tweak things as needed. In between, you’ll always have direct access to me via WhatsApp—because health is about support and accountability as much as it's about knowledge.
My approach is holistic, covering everything from nutritional guidance and herbal support to sleep hygiene and stress management. Whether it's one-on-one or small group coaching, the goal remains the same: help you regain energy, clarity, and confidence so you can start feeling yourself again.
